The Heron Swim Squad is designed to introduce young and developing athletes to the world of swim training and competition, with numerous levels throughout the training schedule allowing for development stages through to those training to compete. Furthermore, the swim squad have the opportunity each year to compete in both the interclub championships and sprint competition as well as being part of the team to compete in the intraclub Jurassic League.
